There is a fully functional kitchen and a family area that overlooks the golf course, ocean marina and Nuevo Vallarta.

A spiral staircase takes you to an entire second floor that is outside and features an infinity pool, wet bar and washroom.

The area is open for private sun tanning and is partially enclosed for those who like the heat but not the sun.

Maid service is done once a week.
